1.Analyzes business processes and develops and refines software application models to satisfy business process requirements. 2.Identifies and recommends business processes that would benefit from software application solutions. 3.Prepares functional specifications and works with technical analysts to configure and/or develop required functionality. 4.Oversees integrity of Greif core models and maintains detailed documentation. 5.Works with management and users to monitor continued applicability and effectiveness of business models. 6.Complies with SOX and other established standards, processes and procedures within Greif. 7.Provides training on Greif core models. 8.Communicate complex technology application issues clearly to non-technical parties orally or in writing. Effectively communicate business needs to technical staff verbally and in writing through technical specifications. 9.Analyze complex user issues, evaluate alternatives and devise efficient cost-effective, user-friendly solutions. 10.Provides expertise as needed in one or more of the core areas: Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. 11.Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Demonstrated skills in verbal and written communication. Knowledge of computer and related software. Knowledge of specific software application. Demonstrated ability in effectively managing multiple tasks and working under deadlines.
