· The Cognos Architect/ Sr Developer understands business challenges & translates them into requirements/solutions. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role. · The Cognos Architect/ Sr Developer should have experience designing, developing and implementing complexCognos 8 solutions; relational and multidimensional data modeling, including the use of standard data modeling tools. · Hands-on Exp in TM1 or Cognos Planning design and Development is desirable. · The key element to this position is strong experience requirements analysis and solution design as well as heavy experience in implementation with Cognos 8 BI. 8+ years of experience in Analysis, Design and Development in the field of Database, Data Warehouse, and implementation of Cognos applications. Full life-cycle development of Data Warehousing. · Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2005 is required · Strong oral and written communication skills and an excellent team player with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
