Provide End User support (desktop support), assist with VDI migration, - Perform End user interviews; identify what applications are needed for the VDI migration. - Pre-migration preparation, AppSense Personalization settings, Requests required, etc. - Provide end user support after migration. - Assist with troubleshooting issues as a result of the migration. - Assist with End-point deployment

Requirements
Desired Outcomes of engagement: Complete the migration of all DTCC users to VDI Project milestones (if applicable): Migrate 200+ users per month Hours of Coverage: 9am- 5pm. (during migration, weekday we will need late support up to 7, maybe 8 pm) Also depending on how the project is going we may need some weekend support.
