This position is more on the architecture side of the house compared to fully fledged development. Person will be responsible for prototypes on the latest and greatest tool sets. So, this person must have experience to learn on the fly and come up with thinking outside of the box that we can apply as a practical approach. • Principle level Oracle/PeopleSoft architecture/developer with more than 10 years of experience • More than 7 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM that includes 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.51 or greater experience • Implementation experience with Core HR/ESS/MSS/Staffing on HCM 9.1 or above • Experience with Integration Broker, Component interfaces, Approval WorkFlow Engine (AWE), Delegation • Experience with custom development (i.e. development apart from PeopleSoft to know external technologies like web services, custom coding etc.)
Experience with integration of PeopleSoft worklist with Oracle BPEL worklist – BPEL knowledge is desired, not required. • Integration of PeopleSoft with Weblogic using iFrame and CSS (cascading style sheets) • Person should be able to lead a team of developers for the above skills • Articulate the problem statement with the team & review the work product • Discuss with different stakeholders in order to define & document the problem • Coordinate full software development life cycle (SDLC) • Experience with setup/security/integration with Oracle WebLogic Portal with be helpful/not required • Good presentation skills to the leaders
