Software Developers need to be familiar with software development and have a passion for learning. They will generally be engaged in a few of our projects ranging in size from weeks to months, and geared towards helping the business integrate and benefit from vendor applications. Software Developers will work both as an individual contributor and as a member of a small team of developers taking direction from project managers and technical leads. They need to be able to understand the Back Office Technology architecture at an application level. We are looking for individuals that are flexible, eager, and able to engage with the business on projects. The Back Office Technology environment will most likely be about integrating third party systems, which will be required of someone in this role.
